23 December 2020 – APDC has lunched the trail period of the Phase Two of the E-service program that provides the terminal’s contractors and users with online access to apply for the Ship Chandelling and facilitating the other services requests.
This platform saves the time and cost for the ship chandlers through the online process, transactions and approvals which will replace the manual work by the electronic process by the use of Smart phones and computers.
The electronic platform consists of several batches where the first batch was for the shipping agents through providing of containers gate movements and bills.
Whereas the current second batch is serving the ship suppliers, the e-service will be followed in serving port users and client through the online access.
APDC always looks forward in to the developing its services seeking its customer’s expectation and satisfaction for saving time and efforts.
