Welcome to the Aden Container Terminal (ACT) website. As the largest container terminal in the Republic of Yemen, ACT has proudly been under the management of the Aden Ports Development Company (APDC) since September 20th, 2012. Officially inaugurated in 1999, ACT has played a pivotal role in elevating Yemen’s maritime trade capabilities. Over the years, the terminal has been operated by a succession of internationally renowned container terminal operators, each contributing to its growth and modernization. Today, under APDC’s leadership, ACT boasts state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, designed to handle the increasing demands of global trade efficiently. Our commitment to excellence and strategic development continues to position Aden as a key gateway for international maritime logistics in the region.
