11 January 2026 – Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzrebah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aden Ports, conducted a field inspection visit this morning to Aden Container Terminal (ACT), where he reviewed the operational performance and examined the work plans for the first quarter of 2026.
He was received by the Deputy General Manager of ACT, Eng. Fadl Al-Hujailli, along with a number of department and section managers.
During the visit, Dr. Amzrebah toured the terminal yard and reviewed yard management mechanisms under the current congestion conditions. He praised the efforts of the operations, maintenance, and service teams in improving performance levels.
He emphasized that these improvements contribute to enhancing the confidence of shipping lines operating at the Port of Aden and support opportunities for building future partnerships with major shipping companies, which in turn positively reflects on reducing voyage time and lowering shipping costs to the Port of Aden.
